Le parc du Menois est une propriété de la commune de Troyes menacée d'aliénation.
Et pourtant plusieurs centaines d'habitants continuent à fréquenter assidument ce très beau parc. Promenades pour enfants en bas âges, activités diverses, jeux de boule et de ballons, lectures, repos...
Un simple comptage de fréquentation suffirait à démonter aux élus municipaux que le parc des Moulins ne remplace pas le parc du Menois.
